After purchasing this service, you will receive an e-mail from hairbypdstore@gmail.com on where to ship/drop off your bundles and when to pick up. (if you live in the DMV area) Processing takes two weeks and additional 3-5 days for shipping. If you are dropping off/picking up, processing takes two weeks after drop off date.
